The Windsor-Essex Retro Tech Association is an informal network of people local to the Windsor-Essex (Ontario, Canada) region who share an interest in aging technologies, with a primary focus on long-obsolete computer systems.
This arose from the hobby activities of two individuals (kishy and terrh) who aspire to one day operate a vintage computer museum and e-waste diversion program to serve Essex County. These individuals recognize that there are local enthusiasts of these technologies, but there is no effective means for these enthusiasts to network at present.
This page will evolve as WERTA does.
